Cancellation Policies:
Recognizing that everyone's time is valuable, and that appointment time is limited, first time or new clients may be required to pay a deposit to secure their appointment. The Landing Strip by Alexa requires a 48-hour notice to cancel ALL appointments.
The Landing Strip By Alexa will charge guest 50% of the service cost for no show appointments. The deposit will be based on the service being provided. There must be an active card on file after receiving an appointment. Card will be charged 50% of the service(s) for a no-show appointment or 50% of the service for same day and 24- hour cancellations.
Refund/Exchange Policy:
The Landing Strip By Alexa does not offer refunds or exchanges for any product or services rendered.
Late Policy:
The Landing Strip By Alexa will allow guests a 10-minute grace late period for appointments.
Consent Form Policy:
The Landing Strip By Alexa will send ALL new clients or any client receiving a new service a consent form via text or email. Please fill out the consent form prior to arriving to your service.
Other Policies
- All chemical peel services require a consultation prior to booking the service. The consultation includes the deposit for the chemical peel service and aftercare.
- Appointments made via text, call or email will be considered a "squeeze" in appointment and will be charged an additional $15 added on to the service price. This excludes appointments being rescheduled by THE LANDING STRIP BY ALEXA.
- If you fail to confirm your appointment via
text confirmation
or
email confirmation or paying deposit, The Landing Strip By Alexa reserves the right to
cancel your appointment.
- If the no show deposit is not paid prior to booking any future service, the client will risk being
terminated from The Landing Strip By Alexa.
